Hello and welcome to Charlotte's Christian Book Nook!
Let me tell you a little bit about myself.
I was born in Mineral Wells, Texas in 1967
at the old Nazareth Hospital. I grew up in
Pleasant Valley and graduated from Mineral Wells High School in 1986. I then
moved to Fort Worth and worked as a dental assistant for 20 years. I am the
mother of one very special son who will be graduating from Mineral Wells High School this
year.
I
loved working as a dental assistant, but have always wanted to have a ministry where I could share God with others. For the past 2 years I
have been praying for
God to show me what he would have me to do. In May of 2007 I
was looking for an inspirational gift locally, and was unable to find
anything
without driving to Fort Worth. At this point, God began to speak to my
heart about
opening a Christian Bookstore in Mineral Wells. I opened Charlotte's
Christian Book Nook in August, 2007 and I absolutely love
it! I have made many new friends and enjoy sharing Christ with others.
God has been so good and has blessed in so many ways with the store
that I see that His hand is in it!
My heart's desire is to grow old and retire here providing God's word and inspirational gifts to the people of Mineral Wells.
